    Finally got an E30

Finally got an E30 today. It's a 1992 318ic, 5spd, ~39k miles. Pretty much mint all around, it's Granit Silver. Just got back from buying it a couple hours ago, we filled the fuel tank and apparently it has a leak . Luckily it came from a Volvo Dealer which better fix it. They supposedly did a 240pt inspection which seems like BS now. Here's a pic (sry for quality, came from camera phone), for more pix go here

I love it, now I just need to learn how to drive manual :D
I'll prolly drive it around tomorrow... if the gas leak isn't too bad. Couldn't tell it was leaking before b/c the tank was only like 1/4 full

A fuel leak at 39k miles???? I'd be worried. But never fear. Have them check the hoses near the external fuel pump and fuel filter(in front of the drivers side rear wheel). Those hoses are notorious for cracking, like mine did....

not much of a battle there.... he has a heavy cabrio

It's all good though, now you can ride in style with the stop down. And damn 39k miles is nothing at all! Awsome find!

Actually, the drip was by the rear drivers side wheel. It no longer smells like gas though.
