    Possible buy: '85 eta - Opinions please?

    I'm looking at an 85 eta. 250K on with 55k on a rebuild buy the PO, and h&r suspension. Has a good-sized dent in driver's quarter and has an idle problem that "doesn't affect anything" :roll:

    Asking 1K. What do you think? Any tips on what to look for/pay close attention to if I go to look at it?

    If this is a r3v member's car... uh... awkward I guess. But please inform me if this is the case.

    Offer him $750 and dont look back. Prepare for allot of nickel and diming to get it right.

      Sounds like my car, which I got for $500.

      Check out this car I just picked up today for $150!

        look for wiring hackjobs... a guy that says an idle problem doesnt affect anything probably cant work on a car, i had to pull all kinds of shit apart to fix the POs hacks

            lol, sorry I had to. It looks pretty good though. If I lived closer to Olympia I'd take a look at it. It pisses me off that so many things on Craigslist are in Olympia. Why is that the state capital anyways? Who even lives around there? Is it even a real place?

              I agree, my grandparents live in Olympia and it's a pretty weird place for a state capitol. But I guess Washington's really an weird state.

              Well the guy says he has someone coming to look at it tomorrow. So if he doesn't buy it I'll look at it. God I want an E30. Rightfuckingnow.
