if you search theres a thread saying that stromung is no longer offered for the standard e30. things might be different though. worth calling first to see if they are still available.

Understeer.com quoted me $645 including shipping and it will take 1 to 2 weeks to built it. They are manufacturing these exhausts for a limited time only for the E30S.

I just got mine from Understeer.com last week. Contact Chris (bimmer95) on bf.c to see if there are any still available.

Last I heard he had two left?

Dunno yet - it'll be the last thing to go on since I've in the process of a suspension overhaul. It looks pretty much bolt-on although you'll want to save your muffler straps.

It sure is a beautiful hunk of stainless though :D

Do they now come with the stock angled type tips? or are they still being manufactured with the weird looking straight ends?

It's got the straight tips which are my preference.... one of the reasons I wanted one. They look angled in the pic since the muffler isn't aligned straight with the body. You can also see I mounted the old muffler straps too.

So how much did it cost? $645?

Just over $700-ish with tax in good old o-HI-o.

Probably ridiculous to some - but this was a must-have for me.

Don't know if Scorpion makes units for the vert, but if they do I recommend them. I've got one for my iS and I love it. Cheap ($400) and sounds great.
