Who has a ETK disc?

yea sorta, but they dont offer the indepth ease of

cross refrence
part superscessions
fastner asd hose diamters
and not to mention no load times


if you have ever used it you would know what i mean

its was BMW uses in dealers to lookup parts, just like the online versions except much more precise and easier to use.

Oh, well i guess i might have one. The PO of my e28 gave me some BMW tech CDs:

TIS - Technical Information System 2/2004
CD with "KDS" on it.
Electrical Troubleshooting Manual E28, E34, E24, E23, E32
Electrical Troubleshooting Manual E30, E36, E31
ETK Disc 1 & 2, Release 1.1 01/2004

I tried putting them in my computer but didn't feel like figuring them out. Do i need a program to run them?

unfortunatlery v1 is very very old. some of the e30 part numbers have changed since that release

no you dont need anythign spcial ti instal it, its standalone


im looking for a replacement for anver version newer than last years dating
