Best way to remove ALL dirt off wheels?

I'm about to strip down a set of weaves so I can repaint them but before I can strip the paint off, I need to get ALL the dirt off. What is the best way to go about this? Thanks. :D

Ok, thats what I figured, PP. And good idea with the pressure washer, I'll just run down to the local country club my friend belongs to and use their cart pressure washer :D

Do you use purple power at full concentration, or mixed with water? To clean the wheels though, dont use a toothbrush, use a baby bottle brush. Thats the best.

That's what I would use. Aircraft stripper will pretty much dissolve everything, dirt and all.
