So I found this E30...

So everyday for the past few months I've driven by this (what i thought was someones house) pre-school, and seen this white late-model vert. Every time I go past it, it gets greener and more fucked up. So today I went and looked around at it. The interior is pretty molded but with a new interior and a wash it would look like new. It really is a pretty nice E30, other than the mold.

So should I try and figure out what the deal is with it? I mean I wouldn't want to pay a whole lot for it, but I think it would be a fun project (or maybe it wouldn't I've never dealt with mold before).

Just wanted to grab some opinions on what to do with it.

I'll try and take some pictures today or tomorrow.

Take it if you can get it for free or next to nothing. Just my opinion.

Is the car abandoned or something? Stick a twig in the spokes or a wheel, after a week if it hasnt moved, Id leave a note. Or, you could go the hard way. If it has been sitting, and the tags are expired, report it to the city. They'll come and tow it if the owner doesnt do anything. Then you can try and buy it from the city, or wrecking yard.

That is what I would do. Just dont be too agressive, be sure to leave your number if they dont give you the answer you want, and keep your eye on it.
