          Are you serious? That was south of the OC? Gees! I am in San Fernando Valley and two nights ago, there was a very scary storm with lots of wind and rain. It was almost like being in a hurricane.

                        HAHAHA no. I actually like it. But seeing the weather's attitude like this in SoCal is just very very unusual. Thats the reason I bring it up. The SoCal livers here can attest.

                              Didn't lose homes to mud slides (like the Berkeley area did after their fires) but plenty of mud moving around in burn areas. Many of the residents in these areas were well prepared for the rain & subsequent runoff - lots of sand bags & berms.
