Even worse. I have been a Service Consultant, Customer Service Advisor, Service Manager, for Dealerships, and Independent's, but I never got paid for turning wrenches. Tim is just a pencil pusher (keeps the books straight and HR), he doesn't interface with the real deal. I do on the other hand.

We had them, they all got the boot except for Tim's. They even booted an old guy that is a customer here that also had an e30.
