Paying $800 cash in the Atlanta area for someone with know-how to help me replace my head gasket. $400 to pull the head. Then $400 to reassemble provided the head is good to go. The car is an 83 323i with the baby six. You will probably need to provide some of the tools.

Wow! Thats a very nice offer. Someone who is local should do it for a bit less to promote the e30 community. No need to gouge and friends usually last longer than money. Shoot if I were local I would help you do the whole thing for little $. Get the Bently and take your time and you can do it yourself.
