a buddy of mine has a geniune set, and i was just wondering what they are realistically worth, now a days they are practically impossible to find, so anyone that knows about the subject, please inform me, they are not "for sale" yet, I just need some good info, my research hasnt turned up much, and what im thinking seems pretty crazy, so please let me know. thanks guys

are they short or long headers?

You may want to contact Fred Kim on here, I believe he has a set on his e30 and knows alot about RD stuff in general.

they are the short ones, i thought they were much, much more expensive than that, correct me if I'm wong. i shall contact fred kim, thanks for the info

it also depends what type/version/age they are.

fred has e34 headers which arent the same as the e30's, which i beleive are much more rare. you can get a set for an e34 much easier.

The E30 headers are the one that's rare. E34 RD headers pop up on eBay about once a month on average, so they're not too hard to come by but are a real bitch to install (as we all know ;) ).
