My E30: what do you think it's worth?

If you've had firm offers of your asking price, why are you asking us? Take the $1500 and run, IMO. I can buy a rust-free example of that car in socal for less than $1k any day of the week.

Alright so I initially bought this E30 as a temporary car until I finished my MR2 project, which was my daily driver up until this past August. Here's the details:

-1989 325i 2dr 195k
-Alpine white exterior/black vinyl interior
-Passed MA safety inspection last month
-Recent timing belt service, and many new/recent parts including left rear wheel bearing, brake hard lines, tires, wiper blades, air filter, headlamp bulbs, etc.
-Engine runs great, idles at 600 consistently, valves will be adjusted before sale
-Pass. window doesn't work and sunroof is a little iffy (it's winter so I've only really tried to open it once, felt like the hand crank was gonna break).
-Original head unit with aftermarket speakers
-Clutch is tight and the transmission feels great too.
-Needs at least two struts but I don't want to replace them just yet considering I figure whoever buys it won't like my choice of replacement (stock Sachs or Tokico).
-ABS doesn't work and I think it needs front rotors/pads but I will replace those before the sale.
-Door locks don't work, haven't had time to fully research the problem
-Installed a Dinan chip, M-Tech I wheel, and 3.73 LSD

Cosmetically, the pictures will speak for themselves. I have posted it on craigslist and gotten about 40 emails in 1 week, and 3 solid offers meeting my asking price of $1500. Given that this car is in MA, one of the rustiest car states around, what do you think it's worth? Any help is appreciated!
