An e30 has a lot more electrical gadgets as an Golf Mk II so there's more chance in a problem if you got more electrical stuff, don't compare an 80's car with a 2000 car ! :loco:

just one thing, i dont know about the gti 1.8t's but i know the jetta 2.oh's have plastic oil pans, i knew a girl who busted one on a speed bump going 20...
