Here the police can pull you over and issue a ticket if there is a dangerous amount of snow on your car. Although from what i heard they usually make you brush it off at the side of the road while they watch you.

same here but I see so many idiots driving with just the winshield barely cleaned and tons of snow covering the rest of the car
