    Opinions on Refurbished items?

    Im still looking for a cd player, and I think I know exactly what I want. I've been looking on ebay and have seen the item or $247 shipped (claimed to be new) and $218 shipped (refurbished). I really dont think that is enough of a difference in price to not buy a new item.

    What do you guys think?

      with that little of a price difference, i would get the new one. If the refurb has a warantee on it, and you're tight on cash - then maybe u could get it.

          ill only pay used prices for a referbished item, because it IS used.

          Its broken before, then fixed with substandard parts in an environment nowhere near the caliber of the OEM factory. Its used.
