Well it seems there have been some issues. First of all, it came with a small dent in the muffler, according to the shop. It couldn't have been that noticeable, because I never noticed it and you can't see it from the pics. Also, the straps that come with it were welded on backwards. I talked to two different sales reps at BavAuto, who had the same problem, but were able to mount it without too much trouble. My guys couldn't do it so easily, so they are re-welding them correctly. BavAuto promised to cover this extra cost for me.

overall im happy with how it sounds. Its louder than stock, and it doesnt sound like a boat anymore. im looking forward to seeing how she sounds as she opens up over the next few months
