    Ireland exhaust fitament issues

Question for anyone with the Ireland exhaust fitted on his or her late model E30. I have an 89 325i that I'm installing said exhaust I got it in and the tips are hitting the driver side rear stock valance. I bought new rear hangers, old ones were in bad shape and I know there is a rear and front top hanger, different part number when I ordered. Just want to see if anyone had run into this?

Reposition the clamps on the can that the hangers attach to until it doesnt hit.

I had the exact same problem with mine. I threw it up on a lift here at work and one of the techs helped me reposition it. It took about 2 min. All we did was loosten the nust and twist it a little bit then retighten everrything.

I like the sound of mine. It was pretty quiet at first, but after a few thousand miles it has opened up a bit and sounds pretty nice.
