Tech help needed: X5 questions

Hey guys...need some help here.

I am working on a '04 X5, 4.4L.

the power (acc) for the deck stays on full time...most of the time. The fuse (fuse 7) switches properly, as in on and off with the key.

Obviously, there is a module or relay or something somewhere that controls the radio power.

Any ideas where the radio control module might be?

Sorry Luke, not an expert on this but I have owned an '02 X5 before and the audio/nav setup is almost identical to the E39. The radio module is situated in the left rear compartment at the back of the vehicle, and the model number usually starts with BM, as in BM53 (if I am remembering correctly). Probably doesn't help you at all, but hopefully it will help out somewhat to find what you are looking for.

Yeah, I basically beat my head against the wall for a couple of hours.

Ended up making my own relay system, the other one is still fucked.
