you cant even dispute it through paypal till a good amount of time has passed and even then. all the seller has to do is submit his tracking number and paypal will say its your problem

The OP is right to be annoyed. He has not received anykind of communication after payment was sent, WTF! This is why he should have payed paypal using his credit card. If after a week still nothing, call the credit card and they will take care of it with paypal. It's sure to get the sellers attention. Shit happens but you can at least let people know that your having problems if thats the case.

Exactly. It's way too early to get all pissy. Plus we're lacking details so no judgments can really be made yet.

You need to get off your high horse and stop spreading your misinformed bullshit. Paypal is the only source through which you can dispute a claim, a process which you have 45 days to submit. As far as your bank, or your credit card company are concerned, their transactions were with paypal and therefore on the up and up. Any problem that has occurred is between you and the seller and paypal and based on the buyer's level of communication in this situation, I'm not surprised there have been issues. Let's let the kids work this shit out on their own, shall we?

I dropped like $500 on an ABT kit for my mk3 like 4 years ago. I reported it a few week after I saw nothing and turns out I was around the 9th person to do so.

They found the guy and are trying to charge him but he never shows up for his court dates. 4 years and I haven't seen a cent. I just keep getting shit in the mail that says he didn't show up for court again.

But I agree with selling stuff promptly when payment arrives. I don't understand how people can just sit on items and not ship them. It's beyond me.
