Weird idle (vids inside)

When I start my car it idles like only 3 of the cylinders are firing, but it goes away if I smack the ECU a bunch of times. I think it has something to do with the ECU because the PO said it started when he changed out the ECU.

so swap the ECU? also: check spark plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor
