This actually happened a few weeks back but I was keeping under wraps in hopes that whoever did it might be stupid enough to try to sell what they stole here.
It baffles my mind how something like this could even happen without someone seeing it especially since I park under a light in my apartments parking lot. Assholes broke out my window and stole my Corbeau TRS's and sliders. Tried to steal my radio and failed so they just broke it and the dash surround. Stole my ashtray that was full of change. Keyed their fucking initials into my fender, through the paint. And just to top it all off they stole my hood roundel.
So for the time being I am stuck with my shitty stock seats from 1984. Here is the bigger problem though, they made off with the seat belt receivers and about half of the seat mounting bolts. So if anyone has a track car or a parts car that can send me the complete set of mounting hardware I would be forever in debt to you, because right now the drivers seat has 3 bolts in it right now. I really need to 2 bolts that go into the floor (1 on each seat) but I am missing several of the nuts as well. A set of seat belt receptacles would also be great since I am currently driving with no belt in a state with seat belt tickets.
All said and done it looks to be about $1500-2000 in damages and my insurance company is still deciding if they are going to total it.
