The car is oem ALPINA B6S (( E30 M3 body shell w/ M30B35 254 hp ))
this car has the E34 BITURBO engine in stock condition,,
Gerhard told me that he has seen 310 km on GPS ,, but then you have to have both hands on the steering wheel,, you see on an E34 there is no problem smoking on that speed,,,,,, he told me (( he is a heavy smoker ))
As far as i know this is the only B6S w/ the BITURBO engine,, but in Denmark there is a tuned version of this engine in a E30 M3 ,,,,,,, extremly fast car ,, i have read about that car in a Danish car-magazine..... here is a scanned article about that car + another M3 w/S38B38 http://www.bmwe34.dk/forum/viewtopic...hlight=#447981
ot,,((I think i have told this story before )) when my friend picked up the BT ,, there was 6 BT in his showroom and garage hall another one i know he had seen 9 BT Gerhard had for some years ago..
That center dash with all of the HVAC gear is actually from an e32 7 I think. Most of the dual-zone e34 systems I've seen have been all knobs. That part of the dash does look a bit hacked together.
I wonder where youd find a front end like that?? I dont think it would look good on my car because it has lots of lines where the rest of the car wouldnt match since I dont have any other Alpina body bits.
