Someone in Germany want to translate for me?

There is a part on german ebay right now that I have been searching for for a while. Bablefish is having trouble coming up with a translation that I can understand as english. Any one in Germany want to translate the add for me? Also if it all checks out and the seller doesnt want to ship to the US (kinda big) anyone want to ship the part for me?
