Your car is in limp mode. You must have other issues if the o2 sensor makes it run bad.

I was thinking a chip might wake it up. It already has a 11lbs flywheel and long tube headers.

Yea the O2 code 1221 because it's unplugged. But when it's plugged in it stumbles to shit at part throttle and throws a lambda 1222 code.
