popup madness, help me!

My computer was fine until like 2 days ago, and now when i get on the internet, its just like i get popups so bad, it freezes up everytime. What the hell do i do, i already uninstalled alot of stuff that installed itself in my computer. We just put on some Symantec antivirus stuff like a month or 2 ago.

Download spybot, run it and quit running crap-ass P2P programs like Kazaa, emule & limewire.

heh, yeah, thats funny, but seriously what does that have to do with anything? My dad wants to download mozilla, but i mean lots of places use IE. My school does, my dads wife works at Nationwide Insurance in downtown Cols, and they use it ( multimillion $ company) i kinda doubt that IE is the problem.
