Anodizing failed and began fading hard in less than a month. No response to 20 emails. Fuck awron. Wiring pulled out and fried a sensor. Absolutely garbage. Down $650. So much for “German” engineering. Just a heads up.
I know about 10 people using Awrons, including myself. And never had anyone that problem you're talking about. Plus Awron is the official supplier for the dials you get when you buy an Alpina today, they're top quality. Did you buy from Awron directly? 650 seems a bit cheap.
