E30 rear ashtray tightening bolt broke

The black piece that screws in was stripped so I tried to put the same size lug, and when I went to tighten it a bit, it broke, how do I go about changing the screw that broke??

You can't, that stud is part of the body.

I figured it out, took the stud out, and did a diy screw in, came out better than before haha
