borbet 3 pc?

Has anyone ever seen a wheel that resembles a borbet type a in a 3 piece? I have always loved the borbet a. But I love 3 piece wheels. I was wondering if anyone has seen a wheel that looks like the borbet a but in a 3 piece.

Way do you think? Yes or no?

I did a drawing on a cad program of a wheel that I think resembles what I'm trying to describe. The wheels in the link were my inspiration. I'll post it up later. Let me know what you think.

Yep, the first pic is the one I found. Those would look great with flat caps.

Both look good. I prefer the flat one though. Are you going to make them with the same bolts as RSs so you could just use RS barrels and lips?

By flat one do you mean number 2?

And I would plan on making them to fit whatever is easiest to find. So if rs barrels and lips are easiest to find, then yes. :)
I'd probably do a run of 3 sets if the first one comes out looking hot. 1 set for me and 2 sets to sell.

I'm also working on another wheel design. But that one is top secret. ;)
