e30s are like fat girls that USED to be hot, you just gotta work them out to make them hot again.

253 on the ground is certainly not too shabby either.

Alright heres some info on the kit:

Started as an ebay kit. Biiiiiiig mistake. Basically an impulse buy. I've ended up changing out most of the ebay parts sans the actual turbo and intercooler, piping, and BOV, but the BOV is next up on things to swap out. The ebay one has a vaccum leak.

It was built by JE imports in Baltimore, MD. They did a great job on all the fabrication and were very through on every aspect of the install especially the engine management, which brings me to my next point

The engine management is run through a piggyback ecu made by unichips. As far as I know, this is the first non m3 e30 to use unichips. Having the car built took a while but it was well worth it, it is incredibly reliable. I've driven it from MD to TX and from TX to Colorado with no problems. In fact, the only thing it does strange is flood when trying to start at high altitude, which I can fix by stomping on the gas while cranking which shuts off the fuel pump.

I've owned the car since 2001, and when I first picked it up it was bone stock, complete with bottlecaps and a slushbox.

thanks! but what does raked mean?

                    is that an RD spoiler?
                    yes, sir.

nice car. are those konig b bombs?
thanks. no they're actually sportmax (i know). They're not really what I wanted but I had a bent rim and needed to move from MD to TX so they fit the budget then. What I really want are some Ronal LS. It's funny though, with those rims I always get asked if I drift, and the person asking always has a friend with a sikk nissan who is dope at drifting. Go figure.

nah I actually can't recall how they look right now...the sell them in bavauto though right? I'll have to go fish for one of those and see a pic. Personally I think the RD spoiler is the hotness, I get compliments on it all the time from non e30 people, so I figure they're objective.

Ya at least its a bit different. there's too much of the same shit going around. everyone chasing the same mods and body kits. I talked to a dude at BAV and he said the wing is actually functional at higher speeds like 60+.
