Haha, I have seen some jacked up valances but that has got to take the prize. What happened?

The PO said that the guy who owned it before him tried to tow it by tying a rope where the brake ducts used to be. No worries though, I've got a shiny new valance primed and painted in my garage waiting for the spring to go on.
