when your payments are $450/month and your insurance when your 17 is $350/month its hard to say you wouldnt do the same.

Thanks for the kind compliments on my cars guys:D

but yeah the car has many plans ahead, for the price i spent on those LMs on my G35 i could have bought a whole shit load of mods for my e30 hahaha

i still have the G i just never drive it (9000miles over a year and a half)

The STi was a nice car, but modding it was pretty expensive, just the basic mods i did set me back over $8000 so i just decided to chill out for a little bit and get something i wouldnt mod but would be nice to drive everyday and not for performance purposes which the G35 is a pleasure to drive as a daily.

I bought the e30 as a project car to start working on for fun and its been great so far, and im excited to see what changes are coming to it in the next month.

Gotcha. It looks like you'll do the e30 up right I was just curious.

Looking forward to seeing the changes. Great starting place... good find.

Thanks, yeah the car in the end is going to be a very very clean car, as my style from what you can see is a really simple clean look, which is what im going for with this car, its been less than a month so far and i think ive made good progess from what it was.

I've spent a good amount of time the past couple of weeks getting all that oxidation off and the paint underneath is still in amazing condition despite its age, heres a picture to show you, i do not have any before pictures other than whats in the original post but you can already see a huge difference

That's cool to know that your parents dont baby you by paying for it all. I had had 5 cars by the time I graduated high school at 18 and worked 2-3 jobs the whole time. They didnt pay for any of my car habit, but always asked where all of my money went :).

                    Cool cars. Enjoy the E30.

only reason i would move to the west coast is the healthy abundance of e30's... its so clean and so cheap. and those are everywhere. imagine living in the midwest and being addicted to obscure german autos. needless to say... it blows lol. be good to her
