The e30 , bought from a couple in dec of 2019 , on and off of the road , currently under repair ( subframe inner body mounting area )
The e39: purchased from a friend back in march - saved it from being junked basically. currently at my mechanic’s house as well.
the $100 e28 , purchased out of pure thirst to get my hands dirty again since my mechanic has had my cars for a long time . plans are (already have parts for this) M54b30 with a Euro 6 speed diesel . this car didn’t come with a drivetrain - currently have it in storage and don’t plan on having it there for longer than 3 months from now ; until i have everything needed for the swap . i’ve been entertaining the idea of converting it into a touring because why not … part of the tail panel is hacked up and what better car than a $100 e28 that probably would’ve ended up parted out by another friend who was in line behind me to buy it .
