        Heres a few more
Battery box cut out and ready for patching.

This is battery box patched and primed.

Small patch needed on the sill.

Didnt think the back end was just as bad, but, when I got the boot carpet pulled out there were a few horrors

Cheers guys, yes I've got a valance and wings for it. This is what you get after 20 years from having salt on the icy roads in winter

Rear wheel housing patched and primed with new bracket made and fitted

Drivers side jacking pad cut out and patched, I didn't replace the pad this time as it only holds dirt and will rot again and it will be more stream line

Rear valance is pretty bad, was going to cut one from a scrap car just below the bumper but it was worse than mine so I'll try to form one myself

The boot floor and near side arch and wheel housing is very good, the bottom of the pocket is good but the side needs patched. I've taken a shot of it but haven't started to it yet.

I'll get more pics up when I get more work done.

holy crap, that's a lot of rust! Congrats though for having the drive and determination to save it from the crusher. Good work!

Wow you got rust with a capital R! We are privledged here in Cali as the rust does not attack our e30's anywhere near that bad. Looks like you are taking your time and cutting out the affected areas and then shaping to form the original shape. Its alot of work, but it will pay off in the end.
