    Auto-x pics

I finally got my wing and front bumper painted. Will get some good pics of it with the BBS on there to show it off. These are from the auto-x last weekend.

I got first in my class by 1.3 seconds, beating out a few e36's, m-coupes, e46's and some other stuff. Was 4th overall out of 72 cars and 3rd fastest BMW out of about 40. All in a 20 year old car with a stock 4-cylinder :D

Looks killer out there, dood. Love the wheels too, I'll be rolling on the same, soon.

What is that you guys race on, an actual track, or just a cool parking lot? Racing on concrete seems like it would be a lot different than tarmac.

Your car looks great, very flat through the corners! I bet Auto-x is a load of fun!

PS: That yellow Z in the background is too cool for school.

Thanks Josh. It's the Houston police academy's training track. Makes it a little easier to tell where you're going when you're not looking at a parking lot full of cones.

It took about $3500 in AST suspension but it's finally pretty flat.

That Z has a small-block chevy in it. bad ass.

Ya, from some other events. I'll dig some up.

Was running Hoosier R6's, have the A6's now. Big improvement on a lighter car.

AST 4100 coilover kit. Bought it from Vorshlag here. Running 700lb and 500lb springs with it and stock sways with adjustable front links.
