I know we ahvent updated the site in a while but here is a quick shot of what we have been upto in the recent month or so.

Here are some used Bassett wide 5 wheels 15x10 that we got we are going to pair them with 275-35-15 R6's. To get these Wide 5's to fit we had Carlos (silence) call his did and request some custom plates. His dad was able to make these outta some scrap material that was left around the shop. This is the reason why we started making our wide body, our intentions is not to let this car look like its a rollerskate but to make fenders wide enough to cover the wheel. Now that we have the wheels we will be continuing our widebody fabrication next week, and hope to ahve some updates soon.

Yes we will need brake ducts. With the Ducts, the brakes will cool fine.

first off i'm really sorry for the recent rash of shitty cell phone pics but I haven't been able to find the camera cable and Olympus camera use their own specific cord so for now i am SOL. Anyways here is another little update nothing major.

We wanted to get the lead brick out of the rear end replace the battery with a light weight battery and place it in a more neutral area. we were looking at the Deka EXT14 which weights like 12lbs for 70.00 but it is not budget friendly. We went to Wal-mart and got this lawnmower battery which weighs 15lbs and cost 23.00 and add that with a 6.00 battery box you get a pretty good deal for under 30.00.

Also the positive cable was cut to remove the extra length, and the cut portion of of positive cable was used to make an extended ground cable.

I have another update as well.

My cousin Carlos (silence) took on the challenge of chopping up the front struts to make our own coilovers. We purchased a generic coilover kit off of ebay for like 30 dollars and then sourced some used Eibach ERS springs for 70.00. We are now running 600lb springs in front and 750lb springs in the rear. Total cost for suspension 100.00, including our new setup we gained 200 dollars of budget by removing the H&R Race Springs and replacing them with our new one. Here are a few pics that were taken while He was at work.
