My E30 has seen better days. Example:



See those dents/wrinkles on the front? Did that at Willow last fall. It won't buff out.

The car is fun. Every time I take it to the track it makes me smile. But it also needs stuff. The fuel pump sounds like a leaf blower. The brakes squeak. AFAIK the suspension is original (175K miles). Oh, yeah, and the body damage.

Someday I'd like to get this stuff fixed; once that's done I can move on to more fun stuff like coilovers, swaybars, wheels, euro headlights, seats, motor swap/rebuild, turbo, cage, etc etc.

But I'm broke. So in the meantime I'll daydream about my car looking like this:

Save up and you'll get your ride looking like one of those guys you posted. For the mean time hit up some junkyards and see what they got. Who knows you might get lucky and find some good parts on a totaled E30.

But seriously, looks like my next stop is the local junkyard. I'm going to try to go Friday to see if I'll get lucky on some Alpine White II body panels... wish me luck.
