I asked if you were part of 8380, not what you really thought about my cars. I don't care what you think of my cars, but if you like them, thank you.

Post less? No thanks. I did nothing but answer someone's question. Put me on your ignore list if you have an issue.

Holy fucking shit that is sick.

I wouldn't like it if you had done this before the total, but now I just think it is awesome. Truly a rat rod now.

Not really into it, but to each his own. Nice photography.

My bad, I didn't see 'em.

I just did a quality grind-job (sounds dirty!) on the body, got it all pretty even, and then hit it with my special blend of oxidizing materials. :) The rain has played a huge role in making it the way it is as well.

You used vinegar (among other things) right?

You going to keep it like that? Won't the rust eat the car later?

holy shit I bet that would be crazy to see in real life. Wouldn't drive it myself (maybe occasionally for the lolz) but appreciate the creativity/look. Oh and stance is absolutely sick!

Rat rods or hoodrides as the Vdumb crowd refers to them are cool when they "earn" their patina through years of neglect and abuse. Any fuck can take a DA to a perfectly normal car, scrub some salt paste on it and have what you got.

It's a lot like getting some pre-worn out jeans, or "distressed" as the fashion people say. Glad it floats your boat, but it's not on par with a real rat rod in my book.
