No, I think he means Jumper's sig. I wonder what the realistic feasbility would be of making a set of 14" bottlecaps into set of dished 16" wheels.

Couldn't you in threory, have a set of barrels like this welded to them, to make them a 16", or even 15", with mad dish?

Really, all you would need is a donor set of bottlecaps, and a donor set of any wheels with a barrell like that, and a skilled wheel shop.
