Here's my story. The e30 was hit on the freeway. Ins offerred be $2k. Took our receipts, paint jobs, pictures before the accident etc, They bumped it up to $4750 ;) Keep pushing it and yes give them comparable cars on the net, as much as you can.

I have Progressive and was hit by a girl about a month ago with Progressive. Her policy paid $2,180 just to have the bumper replaced and the quarter repaired. I had feared they would try to total it, but it was never mentioned.
