wash and a wax...first members post

Had some time today to wash and wax my e30 and the wife's e36.... Snapped a few of the e30 to share.

    details
    91 318is
    euro grills
m50 swap (s52 waiting in the wings, it will be swapped in a few weeks)
h&r sports (might lower it a bit more but it is a DD and see winter time use)
    Staggered Borbet Type As
    just rolled over to 200k

After the s52 gets swapped in I plan to turn to the interior. Going to re cover the seats in leather. Currently it is tan...might swap to black seats with tan door cards. Still thinking about that.

Might also have the old tint removed and replaced with new stuff.

    Here are a few pictures...

Looks nice. What color's the interior? I'm not a fan of black on black, it's too boring. My 325is was black on black and I got a deal on a tan interior (with M3/Cabrio front seats) and I think it looks way better than with the black interior.

      Otherwise, clean E30.

          nope it has a sunroof.

The interior is tan currently. Debating which way to go with it. If I will stick with tan or go black or go another direction. I am getting the seats recovered so color is any option i want really....

It gets hot here in the summer and tint does help. We will see tho....

I work in the middle of a desert so it hits 110 on a good day and even with super dark tint (I forget the exact number) and tan seats my back is usually soaked with sweat.

              But then, my a/c doesn't work. :(
