Great work man. The Alpina rep looks good. Having a body shop to make shit parts look good is nice. I was wondering about the white trim... I am not a big fan of it. With black euro trim it would be near perfect.

Do you plan on keeping this car and daily driving it or selling it and doing another project? Do you normally come out ahead on these projects?

I am so disappointed that the front airdam is such crap, I want one SO BAD.

Car looks great. I would have done black bumper trim, but that's just me. Love the car!

Hate those rims, but love everything else about this thing, Vlad.

PS: what is it with you Americans and bloody horrible faux timber on the sides of your wagons? What IS that abortion behind the E30, dude? Looks horrible! Fark, we should start shipping our wagons over to you blokes... 6L V8s, RWD, no wannabe lumberjack down the side... win.

It started in the 50's (maybe earlier) with "Woody" wagons that had actual wood paneling on the outside, and carried into the 70's/80's with giant, horrible station wagons.

It's a time in our automotive history we're not particularly proud of...

no wonder GM fails here in the states, they preach to be all American but wont give us first dibbs on the cool cars, instead they give us Sunfires and HHR's. At least I'll have a hot rental when I visit Sydney.

there is some POS white/timber wagon behind the 318iS in those shots - near an old E9 3.0 CS (or whatever the navy blue old BMW is) and the American love affair with them has mystified me for a good long while...

Now your just showing off. Complete tool box.....

Car is gona be a killer daily.

If you can send me a pm regarding what it took to fit the alpina airdam I would appreciate it. What was cut? bondo?

I know it fits like crap, but I want an alpina front and dont know another way of going about it (cant afford a real alpina front, nor would it be easy to find).

Where did you buy it btw?
