because he got to have 1/2 inch clearance between tires and wheel arc on full turn,but the tires are scrubbing the fender arcs when he turns:)
And also because he got to wide rims;)
They are extremely strickt here in Norway. Hate em!

its 8,5x17 ET16 with 12mm spacer, and 9,5x17 ET16 without spacer.
Tyres are 205/40 front and 225/35 rear
