A new family member 86 es

It was time to get the wife a new car. Only 140,000 on the ticker. Needs a little work but it's a whole hell of a lot nicer than mine. Sorry for the crappy pics, it was dark and I didn't want to pull out the strobes.

Only real bad spot can be cleaned up in a day with some sand paper and bondo.

It came with a set of BBS RA's that have seen better days. Any one have any ideas on how to clean these up?

And for good measure, heres the wife with my POS.

Love the last pic. A wife that likes E30's is automatically a winner.

I may have them blasted, or I'll see what a few hours with some scotch bright will do.

you let her lean on your car?...
Id slap that bitch. If she really loved you, she'd do no such thing...

lol j/p. That car looks fairly clean, get on that body soon. And with the right persuation that cardinal has real potential.

The surrounds came like that on mine. I can only guess that they saw a little too much sun or heat. I did paint them black as well.

Well, a few hours with scotch bright, a tooth brush, and some aluminum brightener, and they shined up nicely. I'll get them on as soon as she gets home from work.

Still a little grime I cant get off.

Now the question is to tuck or not to tuck the bumpers. Paint them black or not? My wife wants it blacked out. I think it'd look pretty good. but If I can shine up those diving boards it might look nice too.

I say do whatever she wants. It will score you a lot more than following our advice or your own thoughts.
 to the redhead. I'm in the same boat.
