His point was not everyone thinks stance is the most important thing, sometimes functionality should be considered too. Staggered widths and offsets don't make for the best performance.
It all really depends on your suspension set-up and what you use the car for. Of course there are huge differences in track cars and street cars that people use to dd and have fun cruising around in. Obviously the OP isn't building his vert for the track (as far as i can see), so why not go baller on the stance.
I'm just going with what i know from the cars i've had, both early and late and difference in wheels i've ran.

What are you talking about? That is dependent on tire size not wheel width, which is what i was saying.
And once again, doubt this car is being built for the track :)

Some of us like to have a well set-up car for the street as well. Personally I probably tend to overdo the street setup, and I can obviously sympathize with people who want a well setup car for the street.

I get it, but track cars are not the only ones in which handling matters--there are us unsafe street drivers. :) And the same sized tire mounted on different width wheels WILL yield different handling characteristics.

I never said anything about same size tires on different width wheels, you're putting words in my mouth.

You said grip is dependent on tire width and not wheel width. Typically, if you hold the tire width steady, you will find the most grip around when the sidewalls are square (wheel width matches the tire width).

                  Have the creaks stopped?
I didn't put rear spring pads on my old springs the first time and the creeks didn't stop till I put them back in. Not worth it for 2mm in my opinion.

i think you should get 15x7.5 ronal LSs or 15x7 euroweaves. the car is too clean to start doing a 16x9 all the way around stretched setup, which is stupid anyway.

                        +1 for Ronal LS

They look great on a red car.

yeah 16x9s cool but not what i want. i was thinking the ronal ls 15x7.5's no mods to fenders keeping it real. im going for a nice clean look. you dont need to go fast to be fly. as much as i love my sprited driving im pretty chill so dont want to start modding stuff. and im trying to stay pretty factory.

what do yall think i should do with the interior? opinons please.

If the interior is in good condition. Leave it as-is.
