New to the forum and driving

Well I've been driving for a little over a year now (I'm 16), and I would consider myself as a super amateur gear head. I received my E30 from my mother (Laugh all you want I have my own E30 now). She was the original owner and has been in a couple fender benders with at as a DD. Now mine, this 1991 325i is my DD but I intend to slowly upgrade it over time. Mechanically it is sound with only 89,000 original miles; how ever there are a couple dings and bends in the hood valence, right side tail light, rear bumper... It also still has the original paint job. My goal is to learn more about cars in general so at least when I get older and have more money to throw around I will already have a little of experience. And if anyone here on the forum is in Idaho it would be awesome to meet and or possibly try to learn from whoever. (Probably Unlikely)

My plans for the 325i are (In no particular order):

    is lip
    Euro Grill
    Smiley Headlights
    New Hood
    New Paint job
Either find new wheels or powder coat the old bottle caps
    suspension kit

Here are some pics, the only ones that are digital, I will grab some more tomorrow:

Dont be so negative, there are plenty of peeps that would love to help for the love of E30's. :)
Add an 'is' lip to your list and you just as might be golden ;)

    Welcome.

Looks really nice and clean. Is it a manual or an auto?

Welcome to the wonderful and wonderfully expensive world of driving old BMWs, enjoy your stay, as you will soon be hopelessly addicted and indefinitely poor.
If at first you don't succeed, find a bigger hammer.
