^ Yeah, they're supposedly nuts. They used them at the Race of Champions the last few years.

That Aero 8 and the E21 with the mysterious quad tips were amazing, but they paled in comparison to the Escort Cossie.

so there is a town called Adenau halfway thru the Ring?
Wow... just wow.. so people just live there like in a normal town, waking up to the sounds of the Nurburgring and no body is complaining about teh sound level etc?
I am just fascinated by that....
Last time I was at Laguna Seca there were people checking the Sound DBs at the pits because as it turned out, local farmers complained about the noise and said that the cows were not producing as much milk because they were affraid of the loud exhaust sounds :down:

well the track workers do monitor the sound levels somewhat. i believe it's 97db around there. but the sound of awesome doesn't have to be loud, just good :)

there are actually 3 or 4 towns inside the ring. I believe most people miss judge the size of the ring. it is seriously huge. 1 lap is almost as tiresome as a 20 minute run group at buttonwillow.

Vlad, i think next may you need to skip a project car and come out here for easter or the DTM revival days. it is truley epic.
