couldnt have been worse than mine. my paint looked worse.. i made the mistake of trying to do VHT blackouts on my headlights in 40 degree weather (stupid high school kids..where do they get these ideas..) and they cracked..resulting in me freaking out and trying to spray more on to cover it..lolz end effect = my turns were brighter at night than my lights. epic fail!
oh yeah..it had about a 1ft square hole due to rust behind the drivers seat! thank God for those hard ass plastic floormats!
Haha I probably won't get too crazy with the handles and locks, but I do agree it would look sick! I will probably weld in the trim holes and get rid of the trim because the car will look a lot cleaner even just doing that.
Worst part is, before I bought this car I had set up to buy an E30 from a guy in the area. But the day we were going to meet it snowed 2+ feet and I decided it was a sign and that it wasn't right to buy the E30 then :-/
Ill get some better shots soon to give a better idea of the way the car looks haha
My dad used to rally an 83 flathood turbo in 84-85, as well as alot of mid-late 70's Volvos. The flathood flat-out kicked ass. In the 80's I thought it was ugly, and wasnt crazy about it, but once I got my license I had a newfound respect for the 240, and bought a replica of his old racecar. Unfortunatley it developed bad electrical issues I couldnt fix, and had to get rid of it. :(
Looks clean. Those wheels look out of place though.
