    Wait on that 318i and keep looking. If he has the price too high he will not sell it. Make him what you think is a fair offer and leave him your number and if tell him if he is willing to sell it at that price to give you a call. I wouldn't pick the car apart excessively because you will only piss him off and make him dig in on his price. I have two 1990's that I paid sixteen hundred dollars for total and they both run. My black on black iS needs work but it is six cylinder and the entire drivetrain is in great condition and I only paid six hundred dollars the car. It is all of the cosmetics of the car that need work. Good luck with your search.

        Wow even has Euro bumpers. Although the front valence would need to be changed to match. Either go to plastics or back to the early model.

        But that looks like a steal.

          Any car that has duct tape under the hood obviously has not been taken care of. What else has the owner neglected, never changed fluids Im sure,, your asking for trouble with this car. It will end up costing way more then $1500 once you start diving into the car!
