It was dynoed at 279.1hp ATW but i suspect its more like 250-260hp ATW. Its more than enough really but i still want a supercharger

The in car videos are sick! The exhaust sounds sooooooooooo nice!

I'd say cams, head-work and a tune > supercharger.

The blower will make the traction unbearable.

It made like 1200nm of TQ atw, but i don't no how to convert that bake to real world terms. I think from memory the dyno guys said it was like 440tq at the wheels when converted

so 280whp and 440wtq??? Something doesn't sound right. With those kind of torque numbers the motor should be making way more hp. Probably 440 btq. Either way, that thing is a torque monster! :crazy:

Not really. 1UZs have a habit of falling over with the stock cams & intake manifolds (in my experience), giving a lot of torque while strangling horsepower.
