Title says it all, finally a place to work on the e30 other then a parking lot. The good thing is I have all the time in the world to figure out how I want to set it up now that I have no $ to buy anything for it.

Looks like a nice place. I too have recent got in my first garage. I haven't made it very far in buying anything. I still need to make me a nice work bench.

my whole car is one giant chip. It practically looks like its polka dotted from all the touchup paint.

Sad, thing is we bought our house for less then we paid for our condo, we are now renting out. The condo is less than half the size of the house. The condo has gone down in value by 80% Eighty. You cant even get financing to buy a condo in our complex cause there are so many in foreclosure. 200 out of 264 units. Crazy. Cant wait till the day we sell it, the first thing im gonna do is get a MM motor.

If you have cash there is a killing to be made now on real estate as long as you can sit on it for a while.
