I bought the M3 to showboat on gravel roads. Like I said earlier, I will get another M3, but I am not selling the Porsche. I am not saying that one is better than the other, but this Pork weighs the same as an E30 M3. You are right, though, the much heavier 993's and 996's with all their electronic aids do handle better.

It would be a very early mid-life crisis.

    Never said it did.

I love it how your house is regular and yet the driveway is epic. My kind of priorities.

I'm concerned about the wheels, though. Will we need to downsize the brakes to fit the 13" Daytons?
Brakes? They're being removed. Weight we don't need. Besides, we've got something better planned.

Nitro drag racer parachute deployment out the back. Should fit perfectly under that giant wing off the back of this thing.

The "mid-life crisis" comment was a good laugh! :D

In all seriousness though group, this car is clean and quite unique. It's one of those cars that you really don't need to do a lot to. I would park one of these in my garage any day alongside the M3.

Thanks! I only wish I had a garage-mahal as epic as the drive. The setup would then be perfect. Someone once told me that they wouldn't know what to do with a 10,000 square foot house. I would, as long as at least 8,000 of it was garage.

Chris, thank you for your support. We'll have to find me an M3 like yours one day to park next to this in my future garage-mahal. Make mine white though please!

            Update:

            OK, update.

I just came back from VSR and it looks like UNHCLL was lying to me about hitting switches. This is how it sits so far. I can't wait to see it when they finish.

The quality of work looks really good.

Very clean upgrades here, I love the fitment and the "true to porsche" styling you gave it.

OK I lied, as I am sure you all assumed. The car above is not mine.

                    Here are real updates.

                    Dent in quarter straightened:

Trying to decide what to do with the exhaust:

RUF style front bumper being test fit:

                    Thanks again for looking.

Hey Anu, nice to see you started working on it already. Cant wait for more upgrades. A nice set of Ruf wheels would look hot on it.

Looks great! You need a set of those Jeff Alton 17" Fuchs, color matched of course!

                          Thanks a lot guys!

Both of those are on my wish list along with a set of 17" RS's and LM's, and yes, the Jeff Alton's would definitely be color matched. Kind of Silver Anniversary plus.

But, these will all have to wait, since I lost my job a couple of weeks ago. :(
